This program provides you with the AC15 EQ with 3 Kernels of Harmonic Distortion.
The first control allows you to choose between Treble, Middle, Bass, and Top Boost.
The positions on the first control are marked 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Position #1 is Treble. #2 is Middle. #3 is Bass. #4 is Top Boost.
The #4 position is the original tone control found on the 1962 AC15.
The other 3 positions are like a ‘Super’ AC15, providing you with Vox’s
idea of what these Frequencies would be if the original had them.
The second control allows you to boost or cut your gain.
The personality of the EQ on the AC15 is very little change at the extremes, and more gain
change around 75% boosting and cutting.
GTRVTQ-A15-ALLC

GTR-VTQ-A15-HI

GTR-VTQ-A15-TB
This program provides you with the Top Cut/Top Boost EQ with 3 Kernels of Harmonic Distortion.
This is the original EQ found on the 1962 AC15 by Vox. The original EQ works in the opposite
direction from most EQ’s, so we have made this a Top “Boost”. It is identical, but simply
moves in the direction of most EQ’s, with counter-clockwise reducing the volume and clockwise
increasing the volume.
GTRVTQ-A15-TBC
This program is the same as above without any Harmonic Distortion. The “C” stands for “Clean” mode.
About the “GTR VTQ AC15 EQ” FOR NEBULA PRO
Use this EQ in your Guitar processing chain in any combination that you wish. You now have control over the EQ circuit design
of the amazing AC15 from the effects loop, bypassing the output stage and speaker cabinet.
This program library has been created for use with the
Use this EQ after the preamp section of your Guitar Amp of choice, or you can use an entire Combo emulation after the EQ.
The shape of the AC15 Combo Amp Freqeuency when flat, allows you to place the EQ in the chain without harming the spectrum.
With the GTR VTX AC15, you can place the EQ ahead of the Cabinet miked program or the Cabinet emulated program, and you
can also place it in between an effect-pedal program and a cabinet emulated-or-miked program to EQ your Guitar input after an
effect pedal but before your final process. The purest option is to choose one full chain program after EQ. Use your own
external distortion or overdrive before the EQ for the most traditional results. Use EQ before distortion or Overdrive
to come up with unique tones that are less common.
The original Amp that this EQ emulates is a 1962 Vox AC15, a 1×12″, 15 Watt, all valve combo.
AC stands for Amplifier Combination, and the 15 stands for 15 Watts. In addition to its amazing tone,
the AC15 is known for its simplicity.
The original AC15 has a single tone control, Top Cut; for simplicity sake, it is provided as a Boost so that
its control moves in the same direction as typical controls. In addition to the accurate EQ, the AD60VTX adds
an amazing emulation of Treble, Middle, and Bass EQ that are perfectly suited to the AC15.
The “GTR VTQ AC15 EQ” FOR NEBULA PRO provides you with the EQ section of the AC15 Guitar Combo Amp from the
World’s Finest emulating Combo Amp, the Vox AD60VTX.
GTR VTX Collection,
but it can be used with any choice of your
favorite Guitar processing plug-ins.
I truly hope that this collection adds to your enjoyment of Nebula Pro.
Thanks and God Bless You.
Sincerely,
Michael Angel
