Where the Pultec-style program equalizer is among the best sounding designs that use a passive eq and tube make-up gain, The Custom Valve EQ uses the actual tube to alter the frequency spectrum and balance the signal levels. It has a custom output transformer to fully balance the output.

Programs are sampled at 96kHz and are tested to retain accuracy at 44.1kHz and 48kHz sample rates with the latest version of Nebula3 Pro.
The "CUSTOM VALVE EQUALIZER For Nebula Pro" contains individual programs for the High band, Low band, Mid band, along with all three bands on a single selector program. You also get two preamp program, and all programs as ‘clean’ program versions with the harmonic distortion removed.
